  2. I have been doing the Bendy Spine before bed every night. One night I thought to skip this, but at 3am, I decided to do it. I was amazed. At first I could just barely touch my fingertips to the floor, and the second time, I had my palms on the floor. I share this because it exemplifies how much body tension can hang around, interfering with sleep. I did get to sleep after that. Thank you for sharing this with me. Kate
