In weekly Monday and Friday 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM (PDT) online Qigong classes with Antoinette you will learn how to strengthen your organs and transform stress and emotions into vitality through an ancient gentle practice of soothing and healing circular movements, sounds, and the inner smile. A truly calming and refreshing experience for body, mind, and spirit.

Prepare Your Home Space

For standing practice: A Yoga mat or a carpet. For sitting practice: A comfortable chair with a backrest. Wear comfortable clothing.

Class Cost

$20 if you take 2 or more classes in a month (2 - 8 classes)

$10 if you take only one class in a month

Private Online Self-Acupressure Session 

Acupressure is an over 4000 years old simple health art and has been practiced by millions of
people in Asia and -  in the last 6 decades - also in the Western world.

Self Acupressure is a health promoting technique easy and safe to apply on oneself. 

Just by holding yourself one or two Acupressure points in areas where you hold tensions and
stress along with deep abdominal breathing can elicit a sense of profound relief and relaxation.

Antoinette Rohner, a certified Acupressurist, (by the “Jin Shin Do” Foundation for Body-Mind Acupressure) is practicing this healing art since 1993 in her private practice and since 2010 at the Roy and Patricia Disney Family Cancer Center in Burbank, California.

Antoinette will help you locate the Acupressure points in an online session, while you are sitting in a most comfortable chair or sofa in your home, and show you how to hold the Acupressure points on your body in a way that takes no physical effort. 

While you hold one or two points for a few minutes you will stay tuned into the sensations of release that you may experience underneath your fingertips where you hold an Acupressure point, or become aware of a physical or an emotional healing response.  

In Antoinette’s  online Self Acupressure class you will also learn to locate the Source points and distal points that will help to open the meridians - energy rivers - passing through different organs, thus promoting healthy functioning of the organs. You may become aware of the subtle dissolving of negative emotions or of a negative state of mind associated with the meridians. A return to a state of emotional and mental equilibrium is the outcome of an opened-up “river”.
